Questions
Does CertExpiry check that a certificate is valid?
No. CertExpiry tracks the dates and details you enter and reminds you. It does not verify coverage with insurers or licensing boards, so always check the certificate itself.
Do my subcontractors need an account?
No. Only your team signs in. When a renewal is due you get a ready-to-send message for the sub.
Can I upload the PDF certificates?
Not yet. To keep your data safe and the price low, CertExpiry stores the details and dates. Keep the PDFs where you already store them. Tell us if you need uploads.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export everything as CSV or JSON from Settings, any time, including after your trial ends.
Who processes payments?
